Nepal is going to host the Cricket World Cup for the first time in history. The U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup will be hosted by Nepal in 2027. Nepal and Bangladesh are jointly hosting this World Cup in 2027 which makes this the first time Nepal to host the Cricket World Cup.
International Cricket Council has already announced the name of the host for the U-19 Woman’s Twenty20 World Cup.
The ICC also announced that U-29 Men’s World Cup 2024 will be held in Srilanka and 2026 will be co-hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Nepal is currently hosting the ACC Men’s Premier Cup 2023 which is the qualifier round for Asia Cup 2023. Nepal also hosted ICC CWC League 2 where Nepal played excellently and moved to CWC Qualifier. Nepal is also trying to host a minimum of 1 tournament of the ACC every year.
