Nepal may Play Against India and Pakistan
Nepal is near to playing against India and Pakistan in Asia Cup 2023. Nepal will play against Kuwait on April 29 in the Semi-final of the ACC Premier Cup 2023. And if wins that match, Nepal will face the winner of the UAE vs Oman (2nd Semi-final match), in the Final of ACC Premier Cup 2023. Since only the Winner of the ACC Premier Cup 2023 will qualify for the Asia Cup 2023, Nepal must win both Semi-final and final match.
The Asia Cup 2023 will be hosted by Pakistan as One Day International. The 6 teams will play in the tournament which is scheduled for September of 2023. The 6 teams are divided into 2 groups and the league matches will be played. In Group A, India, Pakistan, and the winner of the ACC Premier Cup 2023 will play, and in Group B, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan will compete.
As the winner of the ACC Premier Cup will compete in Group A with India and Pakistan in Asia Cup 2023, Nepal may Play Against India and Pakistan by winning the ongoing ACC Premier Cup 2023.
