The sources of money for Nepali cricketers vary depending on their degree of experience and achievement, however, the following are some of the more typical sources of income in 2023.
Central Contract
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) categorized Nepali Cricketers’ central contracts into 3 categories as Grade A, B, and C. Nepali Cricketers’ salary is based on their central contract grade. For Men’s Cricketer, Grade A players get 60K per month, Grade B players get 50K monthly, and Grade C players get 40K monthly. For Women’s Cricketer, Grade A players get 21K monthly, Grade B players get 18K per month, and Grade C players get 15K monthly.
Match Fee
Nepali players get a match fee for every match they played. The match fee for ODI is Rs. 10000 per match and for T20I Rs. 5000 per match. Also, players get a salary from the close camp of Rs 500 per day.
Cricket Leagues
